The books are kept daily, the owner watches them live

We post the books every working day, not once a month. Documents arrive through one intake channel, the e-invoice inbox syncs during the day, and every entry lands in the ledger stamped "processed today".

We designed the dashboard as a finance product: today's cash, aging receivables and payables, spend by site and the ledger feed in a single glance. The same data reads in the same order on a phone.

In the invoice review screen, AI extracts the fields and shows a confidence level for each; only doubtful fields, such as branch or IBAN, reach the specialist. One tap posts the approval to the accounting system.

The month-end pack is a checklist inside the dashboard. Bank and counterparty reconciliations finish through the month, so the accountant receives a complete pack.
