Where we started
Hundreds of new products every season, with descriptions either missing or copied from suppliers. Translations lag across six country stores, and category pages are invisible in search.

What we did
Material, size, care and use were structured as product data, and content is generated from that data and the brand tone guide.
The storefront takes its cue from textile: chalk, sage and clay tones, Newsreader headlines and a calm, generous product image. One template runs in TR, EN, DE, FR, NL and AR with local copy, currency and direction.
The AI pipeline writes descriptions, titles and meta copy for every product; editors run sample-based checks and recurring errors flow back into the pipeline as rules.
The content QA dashboard shows status by language, the review queue and flagged errors on one screen, with source data and generated copy side by side.
Category and facet pages got demand-led content and an internal linking structure, and a native editor signed off in each market.
