Where we started
A single-site clinic in Antalya that relies on word of mouth and has little search visibility. Reception cannot keep up with calls and WhatsApp during the day, and medical-tourism enquiries from abroad go unanswered while they wait for an English reply.
What we did
We moved the brand away from clinical coldness: a cream ground, deep green and a single coral accent, with Fraunces for headlines and Manrope for text.
Every treatment got its own page written around search intent. The implant page is built around a four-step process, a written plan and a free first-consultation form.
The English medical-tourism page explains how a patient sends an X-ray and receives a written plan before travelling; the same flow runs on WhatsApp.
The WhatsApp assistant answers common questions and collects appointment requests. It gives no medical advice, leaves pricing to the dentist and hands every conversation to reception's request list. Our production pipeline is AI-assisted; the team reviewed all copy and flows.
The Google Business Profile was reorganised with services, hours and a first-consultation post.
