Where we started
The drawings for Demir Makina's best-selling KNV-4000 conveyor had passed through many hands over the years. Sheets had no clear revision, some dimensions were unreadable, and tolerances lived in the foreman's memory. The same part was re-measured for every new order.

What we did
We indexed the scanned sheets by part number, material and revision, collected every unreadable dimension into one list and settled it with the workshop in a single day.
The frequently used modules were modelled parametrically in SolidWorks. Conveyor length and belt width now come from a table, and the assembly, bill of materials and sheets update with it.
Every part got an ISO-standard manufacturing drawing. On the drive shaft, for example, the bearing seats carry k6 fits, the keyway follows DIN 6885 and the runout tolerances refer to the A-B axis.
A second mechanical engineer checked every sheet. The company's own title block, revision table and file naming were kept.
