Where we started
A 120-page catalogue written in Turkish. The export team needed German and Arabic editions within weeks for a Cologne trade fair and a Dubai showroom opening, and dimensions, materials and finishes had to read identically in both languages.

What we did
We built a TR-DE-AR terminology base for materials, finishes and dimensions; catalogue, sheets and website all draw on it.
A glossary-aware, AI-assisted first pass was produced, then native German and Arabic editors rewrote the marketing copy for each culture.
The Arabic edition was rebuilt right-to-left rather than translated in place: page pairs are mirrored and the visual flow, tables and dimension lines follow the reading direction.
Product drawings stayed identical across editions; only text, page direction and typefaces (Instrument Sans, IBM Plex Sans Arabic) changed.
The same glossary and drawings fed the product sheets, so every dimension and material name matches between catalogue and sheet.
